By accessing, registering on, or using the 777ec online gaming platform at 777ec.bet, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by 777ec, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms & Conditions form the complete agreement between you and 777ec with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings — whether oral or written — are superseded entirely by this document upon your acceptance.

To be eligible to register and use the 777ec platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 777ec platform or had an account closed for breach of these terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are playing exclusively with your own funds.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of 777ec or its associated entities.

777ec enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. No unverified account may make deposits, place wagers, or process withdrawals. 777ec takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will report suspected underage access attempts to the appropriate authorities where required.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 777ec platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or fabricated identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

During the registration process you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted under your 777ec account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777ec support immediately via the platform's live chat or at [email protected].

777ec accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods:

All deposits are credited in PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate for USDT transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the 777ec cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. 777ec does not charge internal deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply and are beyond 777ec's control.

Withdrawals are available exclusively to KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 777ec does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Users under active investigation for suspected fraud, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse may have their withdrawals suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.

777ec offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time each offer is made, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all 777ec bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ec, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gaming activity on the 777ec platform, whether through skill, chance, or game mechanics.
• Losses arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or technical faults beyond 777ec's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks including Pakistani mobile operators.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or your failure to notify 777ec of suspected unauthorised access.

The 777ec platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. 777ec does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 777ec's liability for death or personal injury caused by 777ec's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

777ec collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a 777ec account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and fraud prevention.

Where an account is closed due to a user breach, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure occurs for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following identity confirmation.

Users may also close their own 777ec account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to the user's registered payment method subject to standard KYC and payment verification.

Continued use of the 777ec platform following publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact 777ec support to initiate voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 777ec platform shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by 777ec's licensing jurisdiction. 777ec operates under international gaming standards and all disputes are subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out below.

In the event of any dispute between you and 777ec regarding your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or the interpretation of these terms, the following escalation process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Support: Contact 777ec's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it to 777ec's compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint. The compliance team will review the matter independently and issue a written decision within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Review: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body recognised under the platform's applicable international gaming standards framework.

During any active dispute, 777ec may place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance until the matter is resolved. This hold is applied to preserve the integrity of the dispute resolution process and does not constitute a forfeiture of funds.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
